We've written about this before, but one of the best kept secrets on TV the last five years has been Freddie Highmore's BRILLIANT interpretation of a young "Norman Bates" on A&E's "Bates Motel."

Well, now that that show has wrapped, we were wondering what he would do next. There's not much-if anything-that we regularly watch on ABC...that changes next fall.

In the upcoming, "The Good Doctor," Highmore plays Sean Murphy, an autistic surgical resident whose brilliance excites his hospital as much as his medical condition scares it to death.

It's from the people who brought us "House," so we can't wait.
