This is the annual 4th of July tradition in our country: The Nathan's Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest.

Competitive eaters stuffing their pie-holes with as many hot dogs as they can on National TV is one reason I think some countries struggling with poverty, hate us ;)

Charlie Nance is the Afternoon Drive co-host (along with his wife) of "The Charlie and Debbie Show" at WSOC, Country 1037 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The couple have been with the radio station since 2006.
