The Island has recently seen a drop in tourist numbers which has been attributed to negative reports on the migrant crisis that is continuing to grip the area. Many migrants are continuing to arrive on the Greek Island of Kos from Turkey. Its called "Shelly Island" because of, you guessed it, the abundance of shells. Officials warn tho that the new island may have dangerous rip tides and large predators have been spotted in the water. It sure is pretty tho!
