Did you know drinking coffee is actually good for you? Who would of thought right? After all they are always saying you should stay away from caffeine and you shouldn’t have more then a cup a day! But a new study out of Spain has shown other results that are shocking!
In fact a new study shows that drinking 4 cups of coffee a day actually reduces the risk of an early death! Crazy to think that much coffee is actually not that bad for you huh?
Of course the folks in the study were young healthy adults but they do say that the polyphenols in coffee have an anti-inflammatory effect and that people on a healthy diet can have 4 cups and it wouldn’t hurt but instead help!
