Who would have ever thought there were certain cities that were considered terrible to raise a kid in?  Well there are some that are good, some that are great, but some that are just bad according to a new study from 24/7 Wall Street!  What scares me is one Carolina city even made the list!

According to the study, Goldsboro, NC made the list of the 10 worst cities which was based on quality of schools, recreational opportunities, high school graduation rates and crime rate!  But what other cities made the list?  Well you may be surprised!
