Then, along game Angelina Jolie (along with her real-life/sometimes estranged father, Jon Voight) in a couple of big screen adaptations featuring the games’ heroine, Lara Croft
Now, get ready for a reboot of the film franchise-that was spawned by a video game series (need a scorecard for that?). Oscar-winner (“The Danish Girl”), Alicia Vikander (pictured above) stars as Lara Croft in the upcoming “Tomb Raider.”
