Seriously? Going to skip the gym AGAIN?!  That's not good for your mental or physical health but if you feel you really need to then I guess just go ahead and skip out.  Or you can just toughen up a little, step up and go workout?!  I'm just giving you a hard time, so don't take it too personal.  In fact, there are about 3 or 4 times a day, 6 days a week that this gets played out in my head.  I tell myself I'd be okay for skipping, but then talk myself into going and just getting a workout in.  But what do the folks who don't make it use as an excuse?  You'd be surprised!

Wow, my favorite didn't even make the list!  Can you guess it?  My favorite gym excuse is.... Tacos.. "Ya see, someone said let's go taco's and I said, Tacos are for me!"  Oh well, my trainer Brett at Vitality definitely makes up for it the next day.  I did kinda miss yesterday, and this morning at 6 AM he made sure I remembered never to skip again!

So, get up and go get a workout in.  It's good for ya!
