A new survey by the National Retail Federation reveals that 16 percent of people plan to dress their pet in a Halloween costume this year!
10 percent of pet owners will dress their pet as a pumpkin
7 percent will dress their pet as a hot dog
and finally 4 percent will dress their pet as a lion or pirate.
