The Times Union newspaper claims the Wayne Hills Diner, in Wayne, New Jersey, is adding an 18% gratuity to the bills of teens and tweens, who eat there without their parents. The diner says kids in groups of 20 or 30 stay for an hour or two and don't leave a tip. Parents are outraged! More here
