American Meghan Markle will become part of the royal family next Spring for sure but the question is whether she will be able to use the title Her Royal Highness. Since Meghan is American and the protocol is you have to live in England for 5 years to even become a British citizen and to use a royal title you must be a citizen. Of course is it all up to the Queen if she can short circuit the process:)
