No Way!

Well documented fact on the show: Charlie and Debbie (but ESPECIALLY Charlie) hate snakes. Like “Indiana Jones”-like fear and hatred of them. Now, growing up, my (Charlie) mother was/is DEATHLY…

HOMESTEAD, FL – APRIL 10: Honey bees are seen at the J & P Apiary and Gentzel’s Bees, Honey and Pollination Company on April 10, 2013 in Homestead, Florida. Honey bee owners along with scientists continue to try to figure out what is causing bees to succumb to the colony collapse disorder which has devastated apiaries around the country. Reports indicate that the disorder which kills off thousands of bees at a time has resulted in the loss of some 30 percent of honey bee populations among beekeepers since 2007. Well documented fact on the show: Charlie and Debbie (but ESPECIALLY Charlie) hate snakes. Like "Indiana Jones"-like fear and hatred of them.

Now, growing up, my (Charlie) mother was/is DEATHLY allergic to bee stings. So, naturally, I've always maintained a little fear of anything that flies and stings, too!

This video...freaks me out!

Check out this Louisiana exterminator battling a hornets’ nest for 45 minutes. Look, I get that Jude Verret was well protected by a beekeeping suit, and armed with a shovel to hack away at the monstrous nest, but I wouldn't have felt safe in THREE suits.
