Most folks only keep their New Years Resolutions for about 18 days, unless its something like “Quit Drinking Soda” or “Stop Smoking Cigarettes.”  Then it might only be a day or two.  But why?  Well most folks just “have a lot of quit in them” as my buddy says.  While others, just don’t really want to do what they are saying they want to do!

But if you do want to keep those resolutions, it actually could be pretty easy.  Check out what Tony Robbins has to say about them!

So you have to truly decide today if you want this to be something you truly change about yourself. Or you can keep doing the same old thing, but don’t be surprised if 2018 brings the same results as 2017.  Maybe 2017 was awesome, and that is fine.  After all, 2017 was a great year for me, but I still want to change a few things in my life.

So, I’ve decided that today, I make the changes I want to in my life to make 2018 even better.  Who knows, this may be my year where I become a We, my weight drops even more, and I take a hold of some of my anxieties in my life.  It’s all a work in progress, but I’ll get going on it.
