Daylight Saving Time Rough On Kids

A survey by the Better Sleep Council reveals that 50% of parents say Daylight Saving Time negatively affects their children. Other findings:

- 29% of parents say it's more difficult to get their children to go to sleep after a time change.

- 94% of parents say it takes two or more days to get their children back into their regular sleep pattern following a time change.

- 31% of parents say it takes 6 days or more to get their kids back into their regular sleep pattern following a time change.

- 28% of parents do not like springing ahead for Daylight Saving Time
