When Debbie and I were first married, there was a show on NBC that we SWORE had to have hidden cameras in our apartment. "Mad About You" starred Paul Reiser and Helen Hunt (pictured above) and was SO MUCH like looking in a mirror at our relationship. We loved it.

And then, in 1999, Reiser felt there was no more story to tell, Hunt had won an Oscar (for "As Good As It Gets") and with a tidy bow and a song/video montage from Faith Hill (see below), a tidy bow was put on the NBC series.

And now, the bow becomes untied.

In the age of no original ideas, the latest series reboot is "Mad About You." Reiser and Hunt have signed with Sony Pictures Television to continue playing the lead roles of Paul and Jamie Buchman from the. Here's the interesting part. The original ran on NBC, this revival...it currently has no home. So, we'll wait and see.

And we'll hope the mirror still makes us smile to look at. ;)
