Complaining ... 41.2%

Not taking responsibility for their mistakes ... 39.9%

Goofing around during work hours ... 32.7%

Spreading gossip ... 29.4%

You had to know showing up late would make it on the list!  After all there are a lot of folks who don't take a job serious, even though they seriously get mad when they don't get paid.  Crazy huh?
