Grab your fork and get ready to eat! At least this one meal each day which has proved to be even more important then ever.  Can you believe that your breakfast can be your most important meal when not trying to gain weight?

A new study has shown that those who skip breakfast are more likely to gain weight and be obese!  Those who eat breakfast on a regular basis have an average waist size!

I personally think no breakfast has to be better then eating a sugar packed bowl of cereal!  But hey, I'm no doctor!
