Jason Aldean and the Guys from Florida Georgia Line Weren’t Fast Friends…
Their friendship got off to an awkward start….

At a recent event, Jason, Brian, and Tyler were recalling the first time they met and considering how close the three are now, the story was quite surprising.
Jason said, "I saw them in the dressing room at the show, and I don't know who these guys are. So my first question was, 'Who are you and why are you in my room?'"
Luckily, Jason didn't kick them out! After talking with the guys, he realized they had more in common than he originally thought. "Once I started listening to their music, it reminded me of a lot of my stuff. Some of the early stuff, where it was country but also had this hard rock edge to it ... I think, for me, it was this respect for what they were doing and what they were bringing to the country music genre."
Jason owes the FGL guys a big thank you for his recent #1 hit, You Make It Easy. The duo along with Morgan Wallen wrote it and passed it along to Jason.
