It's National Cheeseburger Day!  It's one of my favorite excuses to eat one of my favorite treats.  In fact, I made cheeseburgers last night, and I didn't even realize I was ahead of the curve of a national day of celebration!

I'm pretty simple when it comes to burgers... I prefer good fluffy buns, untoasted, a tiny bit of mayo and mustard on one bun, some Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet N Spicy BBQ sauce on the other side, a good slice of melty American cheese on a pretty simple burger with just salt and pepper...maybe some Worchestershire sauce and smoky paprika mixed in the beef on the griddle to a medium well.  On occasion I like some carmelized onions for sweetness, and some hot and spicy pickles!  No matter your favorite burger or where you get it...who could forget the classic SNL skit based on real folks!  Watch and enjoy, and let us know your favorite way or place to enjoy burgers!
