An 11-Year-Old Rowan County Boy Has Been Charged With Putting Needles in Halloween Candy
This is so disturbing and heartbreaking.

Only Eat Factory-Wrapped Treats — Yeah, it’s great that people want to offer up healthy alternatives or home made treats, but it’s not the safest option. Opposite idea, if you’d rather not hand out candy, hand out non-food related items.

An 11-year-old boy in Rowan County has been charged with putting needles in Halloween candy.
According to the Sheriff's office, the little boy will have a mental evaluation and will face the charge in juvenile court.
It's suspected that the tainted candy was distributed in the Grace Ridge subdivision off Grace Church Rd.
