I keep typing something and then deleting it. It's so hard to find the appropriate words to respond to this story. My heart is broken for these victims, their families, and the world that we live in today.
Telemachus Orfanos, a 27-year-old man in CA, was one of the twelve victims of Wednesday's Borderline Bar shooting. Orfanos, a Navy Veteran, survived the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas just last year.
His father, Mark Orfanos, said "I’m not gonna vilify this kid because he's got parents that are grieving, too and I feel sorry for them as well. Until I find out particularly what the specifics are with this kid who did the shooting I’m not gonna be vilifying him. "How ironic that my son should be killed this way."
