Halloween was a couple of weeks ago, right?

That's what I thought.

I want you to imagine that you are a Pasco County (Florida) law enforcement officer-just having an ordinary November Sunday morning (the 4th).  Then, out of nowhere, you notice "Fred Flintstone" driving past you in a Smart Car disguised as the famous Flintstone "foot-mobile."

I know, right?

Here's where it gets funny.   "Fred,"  aka Don Swartz, was CITED FOR SPEEDING and was given a notice to appear before a judge.

Only in Florida.
