I went full blown Betty Crocker yesterday with the Apple Rose Pie!
It looks difficult but honestly it was incredibly easy! To slice the apples, I used a Mandoline Slicer which made the prep easy and fast. You can find one similar to mine here.
I used a store bought pie crust and it only took 3 apples. Get the recipe here!
I did change one thing in this recipe - I skipped the apricots and instead melted down some caramel for the top mixture.
