Sarah Michelle Gellar came under some fierce criticism after posting some professional pictures of herself in a bra and underwear. "I'm just going to pin these up all over my house as a reminder not to overeat on Thursday #thanksgivingprep,".

Some of Gellar’s fans didn’t think her jokes were funny, accusing her of ‘fat shaming’ and 'thinspiration.'

Gellar did get wind of people’s disapproval, so she took to Instagram to apologize. "I'm terribly sorry that people were offended by my attempt at humor. Anyone that knows me, knows I would never intentionally "shame" anyone on any basis. I am a champion of all people."
