Have you noticed that you're paying more for cable and internet now than when you first signed up? I know sure I have, so what did I do?

I made a quick phone call to the company and it kept more of my hard earned cash in my pocket. Popular Science points out that you can negotiate to get a lower bill. But you need to be prepared.
