Full disclosure, we LOVE Gordon Ramsay.  Seeing him for the first time on TV is up there with the first time we saw Simon Cowell on American Idol.  Seeing someone explode on people like that...amazing.

Anyway, one of his biggest pet peeves on any of his "kitchen" shows is serving raw food.  Think about it-just for a second-you can hear him screaming, "It's RAW!" can't you?

THAT'S what makes this so surprising.  Do people REALLY think he, of all people, would serve food at an improper temp?  Well, there are a lot of online foodies that are now attacking him for posting this Tweet of  "The most amazing chateaubriand," showing off a sliced steak, along with béarnaise sauce, tomatoes, and a green garnish.

Personally, this looks absolutely PERFECT to me.  Others online?

-"If you call a vet, they might be able to bring it back to life"

-"That meat is still breathing, finish cooking it".

What do you think?
