I'll admit it, I'm a man and I can't stand to watch figure skating.

Now I get it. It is WAYYYY popular with the ladies and that's why when the Winter Olympics is on, that's all you see on TV each night.

That being said, it's impossible to ignore charisma and this little girl has it in SPADES!

Alysa Liu made history last week as the youngest ever US figure skating champion-at age 13. Then, last night, she sat down with Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show."

Not only is she absolutely charming and captivating, but you HAVE to love when she teaches the fearless Fallon her preroutine ritual (all athletes have some sort of ritual, right?).

"I do it every time, just to make sure I do well," she said.

EVEN GUYS LIKE ME, listen up. Watch this girl and remember her name. This is the best 4 minutes your soul will spend today, I promise!
