Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse has opened his first restaurant at sea with the help of a partnership with Carnival Cruise Line.
The menu will consist of Emeril's signature Louisiana dishes like barbecue shrimp, roasted duck, and of course, there will be gumbo.
The restaurant, called Bistro 1396, will be featured on a Louisiana themed Carnival ship that will set sail next year.
