Did you know today was a national holiday? One that I truly feel we need to take advantage of.Today is National Napping Day! (Thanks to the sleep we lost to Daylight Savings) Created in 1999 by a Boston University Professor and his wife to highlight the benefits of napping and your health. Research from the American Sleep Association has said that 'power napping' for no more than 30 minutes can be beneficial.
So if you didn't take advantage of it today, can you take a nap at work tomorrow?
