IKEA is hosting its annual Easter Påskbord on Friday, April 5th at 6:00 PM. The home furnishings retailer invites you to its restaurant for this all-you-can-eat buffet, or smorgasbord, which will include many traditional Swedish favorites:
First Course
Assorted varieties of herring
Deviled eggs with shrimp or seaweed pearls
Marinated salmon with mustard sauce
Poached salmon with cucumber dill sauce
Second Course
Assorted Swedish cheeses
Swedish cucumber salad
Swedish red potato salad
Crispbread, crisp rolls, soft bread, and thin bread
Chicken Meatballs
Swedish meatballs with Lingonberry Jam
Mashed potatoes or boiled dilled potatoes
Jansson's Temptations
Swedish ham
Assorted Swedish desserts and cookies
Fountain beverages and hot beveragesEaster Påskbord tickets are $16.99 for adults and $4.99 for kids 12 and under. Each IKEA FAMILY member family who attends will also receive a free cookbook (IKEA Charlotte only). Seating is limited, so get your tickets in the IKEA restaurant as soon as possible.
