Local Nonprofit Saving Veterans’ Lives One Dog At A Time

A passion for pups spirals into a thriving organization!

The nonprofit All Aspects was founded by a Charlotte woman, Regina Hickey, who said her daughter's love for dogs was the starting point of this incredible organization.

All Aspects trains reputable dog breeds, like Labs, and donates or sells them to work with Veterans or former law enforcement officers.

The pups learn how to retrieve objects, assist with walking, and what to do in special situations like if their owner were to fall down.

"If you could see the look on the veterans' faces when they get their dogs, it brings so much confidence back into their lives where no one understands them," Hickey said. "It just gives them confidence, freedom and allows them to go out into the world again."
