Strait And Willie Together…AT LAST!

People find this hard to believe, but when I was growing up in Texas, I NEVER listened to country music. In fact to me it was like the audio equivalent of eating brussel sprouts.
That being said, I certainly was aware of the iconic names of my home state's native sons: Willie Nelson and George Strait. It can be argued that not only should they be on any Texas "Mt. Rushmore," but if there's ever any one resurrected for country music...
Anyway, once I started my career of playing country on the radio, I learned pretty quick how important these two are, and you'd think that at some point they would have collaborated, right?
WRONG!
Until now...
This duet is from Strait's just-released album, Honky Tonk Time Machine, and finds King George looking back on his career, and realizing he and Nelson have never dueted.
"I ain't never got to sing one with Willie / And I've held it inside long enough / Now I ain't too proud / I'm gonna shout it out loud /I ain't never got to sing one with Willie."
Too cool.
