Yesterday was a big day for Disney.  Not only did they announce full details of their new, "Disney +" streaming service to launch in November, but THIS as well.

As "Dumbo" is in theaters now; and we await live-action movie versions of "Alladin" and "The Lion King" this summer, "The Mouse" is once again digging into their animated vaults to create a live version of one of their most beloved tales.

"Lady and the Tramp" will be a tent pole of their new, aforementioned "Disney +" service.

Charlie Nance is the Afternoon Drive co-host (along with his wife) of "The Charlie and Debbie Show" at WSOC, Country 1037 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
