ENOUGH With “What Brings You Joy!”

I have to admit, I-at first-found Marie Kondo to be a humorous novelty.  I mean here's this woman, who speaks little to no English-becoming a cleaning/organization guru to the women of America.

Now though...this is becoming an annoyance.

When asked about how her husband feels about her neatness and organization she said when they got married they talked about the kind of home they wanted and what it would take to achieve it.

Stop.

WHO, by show of hands, had THIS conversation about entering the bonds of matrimony?

That's what I thought.

Then, they created a shared Google spreadsheet with everything that needs to be done. They check off the items as they are completed. Sometimes leaving each other notes like, "thank you."

OMG.

Her suggestion is to make a chores list?  And people are acting like she's discovered the Lost City of Gold.  Really?  Do you think a chores list hasn't been a massive failure between women and men dating back to when moms left them for their sons?

Ugh...make it stop!
