Don't throw away old or unneeded car seats!

Target wants to recycle them.

Starting today (Monday, April 22) through May 4th, bring in the seats to a participating Target location.

Shoppers can bring in an old car seat and trade it in at the guest service desk for a coupon good for 20 percent off a new car seat, stroller or select baby gear. The car seats will be placed in drop-off boxes near the Guest Service desk.

Waste Management will recycle the seats and they will be turned into items like pallets, plastic buckets, and construction materials!

Shoppers can find a participating Target here.
