Luke Combs Shares His Thoughts On “Old Town Road”

Controversy still surrounds the song that has received backlash from many in the Country music world, including Luke Combs.

Combs says to the L.A. Times, “I feel there’s a little bit of sarcasm there I don’t necessarily appreciate. I feel like I'm being poked fun at a bit."

Country music is dear to Combs’ heart and he says the music should be taken seriously.

It’s still too early to see whether Lil Nas X is truly dedicated to the genre or if he just is appropriating Country music.
