The United State postal service is ready to revamp their transportation!

The classic Grumman LV truck was produced from 1987 to 1994.

USPS is searching for a company to contract to produce a postal truck, whoever wins the contract would have to produce 180,000 trucks over the next five to seven years, and can’t cost more than $35,000, this means $6.3 billion to whoever wins the bid.

Several companies are in the hunt to produce the postal truck including one that would be battery operated.
