We've all been there. We maybe ate the wrong thing or drank too much. And we paid for it.

Most people reach for ginger ale and for some, it works.

Some people reach for a ginger beer or ginger tea. But which one really works?

The answer: ginger tea.

Ginger ale and ginger beer tend to have a lot of sugar which really doesn't help you, in some cases, it makes it worse.

Ginger tea is easy to make. You just grate some fresh ginger root into hot water and let it steep.

You will get more ginger without any of the negative side effects of sugar or carbonation!
