This is the kind of list that totally hits home.  I don't know what it is, but in the last couple of years both Debbie and I are INCAPABLE of falling asleep without the TV on.

Maybe it's the white noise, maybe it's trying to focus when your brain is tired, whatever...watching TV works for us when it comes to checking out for the night.  And Netflix is PERFECT choice most nights, so...

Here are the Top Ten Shows To Watch On Netflix To Fall Asleep.  The common denominator on nearly all of these?  They ALL sound positively boring!

"Salt Fat Acid Heat"-Chef and food writer Samin Nosrat travels the globe to show various highlights in the culinary world touting the value of balancing dishes with artful combinations of salt, fat, acid and heat.

Yawn

"Out Planet"

Nothing says "snooze" like a docuseries about animal life on Earth.

Yawn.

"Amazing Interiors"

This show focuses on a few different homes with ― amazing interiors ― in each episode.   Truth in advertising ;)

MAJOR Yawn!

Other's making the list:

"Chef's Table"
"Queer Eye"
"Terrace House"
"The World's Most Extraordinary Homes"
"Tidying Up With Marie Kondo"
"Dark Tourist"

Coming in at number 10 on the list is "The Toys That Made Us."  And I'd never heard of it until I started this blog post.  So, I tuned in...wide awake...and TOTALY dig it!
