Hanging out by the pool this weekend?  This frozen watermelon margarita is the perfect thing to cool you off!

Ingredients:

4 cups cubed seedless watermelon, frozen

1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar (we used Swerve substitue)

1/3 cup tequila

1/4 cup triple sec

1/4 fresh squeezed lime juice

Directions:

Rim the glass with lime.  Dip in sugar...or salt (which really makes it pop).  Add all ingredients to blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.  Pour into prepared glasses, garnish with lime or a wedge of watermelon, and serve.  Makes enough for 4.

*The original recipe called for 1 cup of sugar, but in testing, we found that was very sweet.  I'm estimating that a 1/4 up to a 1/2 cup would be plenty.  And the addition of salt instead of sugar to the rim, really provides a great contrast.
