Having filmed countless "Dishin' With Debbie" videos, I can tell you that there doesn't seem to be a great way to consistently do this...until now.
Ever have trouble peeling garlic? No more thanks to this really cool Twitter hack.
Sharing a video of the technique, which involves stabbing the bulb with the pointed end of a knife, then pulling the clove out, @VPestilenZ writes, "As someone who makes a lot of Korean food, this is the best method for getting garlic peeled!"
