A Washington woman is on the run after skipping out on her Botox bills. 30-year-old Lauren L. Klavano has used several aliases and has gone to several spas for Botox, Voluma face filler and Juvederm. She usually will take the last appointment of the day then give the receptionist an excuse like she left her wallet in the car or had to step out to take a phone call, never to return to the desk to pay. Klavano even goes as far as to say she will leave her purse and cell phone until she returns to pay, however, one spa realized when she didn’t return that the phone was fake and the purse was empty. She’s racked up over $4,500 worth of procedures, a warrant has been issued for Klavano’s arrest.
