Colt Ford And Mitchell Tenpenny Team Up

I’ll be honest with you, it takes A LOT at this point to “breakthrough” with Debbie and me. You’ve got to have a GREAT song/lyrics or have a REALLY distinctive voice.
One that has checked both boxes this year is Mitchell Tenpenny. There’s no one in country music right now who has a voice that even remotely sounds like his.
And “Drunk Me” with this lyric: “I’ve been sober since you broke my heart in two, ‘Cause drunk me can’t get over you…”
Are you kidding?!
Another completely original artist is Colt Ford. So, if you put these two together?
The groove on this song is infectious. It almost has an R&B feel.
