Dishin’ With Debbie-Taco Snack Mix

I'll be completely honest.  Snacks are my weakness.  This taco flavored snack mix is perfect for game days or after school munching.  It is highly addictive.  You've been warned!

Ingredients:

2 cups Goldfish crackers

2 cups Wheat Chex cereal

2 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal

2 cups corn chips (I used jalapeno flavored Fritos for extra kick)

1/2 cup (1 stick) UNSALTED butter

1 package taco seasoning mix

Directions:

Combine cereals, crackers and corn chips in large microwavable bowl.  Melt butter in microwavable bowl for 40 seconds or until melted.  Stir in the taco seasonning.  Pour mixture over the cereal mixture.  Microwave for two and a half minutes.  Remove and stir.  Microwave for another two and a half minutes.  Remove and stir.  Pour onto a foil or parchment lined baking sheet to cool.  Let stand until cooled.  Serve and enjoy.  Can be stored in a sealed bag or airtight container.
