Every now and again as a concert goer, you get wonderful musical surprises from artists.  Two that immediately pop into my head are seeing a Garth Brooks show around New Years and he played Dan Fogelberg's "Old Lang Syne"-TWICE.

And then there was the time that we were doing an event with Billy Currington and he sang his version of Kenny Rogers' "Sweet Music Man."

Both times, I thought their takes were equal or better than the original.  I feel the same about this.

If you saw Keith Urban at the Washington State Fair over the weekend, you got his version of Taylor Swift's new song, "Lover" (that he praised-openly-upon first hearing a couple of weeks ago).

Better than the original?  Of course...it's Keith Urban!
