It will be an 82- room luxury waterfront resort with a spa and private beach...and looks absolutely breathtaking.

The 55-year-old man-made lake is getting a new addition. All of the rooms at Sunset Cove will have water views and will include a 3,000 square-foot spa, private beach, pool, a 4,000 square-foot conference center. Oh, and an Italian steakhouse restaurant. Whew, that was a mouth full.
