Have you ever been in a movie? I’ve been on TV but never on the big screen. That’s still on my bucket list. Maybe someday I’ll audition to be an extra in a film. Maybe someday is here.
Tona B. Dahlquist Casting, a regional casting company for film and television productions including The Hunger Games, Homeland, and Iron Man 3, is seeking extras in Charlotte for the upcoming biopic The Eyes of Tammy Faye. Anyone from children to seniors can audition and all extras will be paid. Filming is scheduled for November and December.
Based on a 2000 documentary, The Eyes of Tammy Faye will tell the story of the extraordinary rise, fall, and redemption of PTL televangelists Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker. The film will star Jessica Chastain and Andrew Garfield (both below).

- City/State in which you reside

- Color/Make/Model/Year of the vehicle you drive
If you’re wondering why they want to know about your car, it’s because the casting agency is also looking for vehicles from the 1950s, ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s to use in the movie. You can also submit a photo of just your car for consideration. Be sure to include your name and phone number with the vehicle’s description to the same email address.
