Elton John Says He Is “Extremely Unwell.”

He is going through what I went through recently. Our prayers are with Elton.

He is going through what I went through recently. Our prayers are with Elton.

Elton John told the crowd that his mother-in-law passed away at 3am that morning. He dedicated Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me to her. My mother-in-law also passed recently. It seems like he was also very close to his mother-in-law.

Elton took to his Instagram to let his Indianapolis fans that he was not going to perform at the Saturday show this past weekend He wrote, it is with the heaviest heart that I'm forced to deliver the news that I am extremely unwell and therefore unable to perform tonight. He also wrote in the post that the date was rescheduled for March 26, 2020.

His farewell tour consists of 300 shows over a three year period on 5 continents.
