One of the winners was a huge part of my soundtrack of my teens.

The fan voting is now complete for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The top 5 vote getters were The Doobie Brothers, Soundgarden, Judas Priest, Pat Benatar, and Dave Matthews Band. Pat Benatar cassettes were worn out in my and my friends car stereos!

These will now be included in a single fan ballot submitted along with other Rock Hall voters.

61% of artists who earned a spot on the fan ballot get inducted. The Hall will announce the 2020 induction class on Wednesday. The Hall usually inducts 5 acts. They did induct 7 last year. Not making the top list was Whitney Houston, Notorious BIG, Rufus ftg Chaka Khan, Depeche Mode and more.
