Scary…Creepy…Or Both

I cannot even begin to tell you how much it would freak me out if Debbie were to tell me that this was happening to her.  I don't know if I'd let her out alone in a car again.

Seriously.

For the past few months, women parked in Delaware shopping centers in the towns of Ogletown and Stanton have returned to their cars to find a small piece of paper tucked in their door handle.  It isn't always written on the same kind of paper or card, but the message is almost always the same:  "Alex" says the women are “cute” or “very attractive” and asks them to chat. The same phone number is left, and each message is always written in pencil.

Although some of the women have treated these notes as a joke (one and her co-workers have the paper hanging in their office), others-understandably-think it is CREEPY.

And now the alarm has been sounded on Facebook, and the hunt for "Alex's" identity is on.

Check out one of the notes below.
