Okay, when I first read about this guy, I'll be honest, I thought, "What kind of idiot would do this?"

Now...I think he may be a genius who is a step ahead of us all.  There's nothing messier or harder to eat than spaghetti.  It's a fact, don't try to debate.

Well, "The Today Show" has shared video of a Canadian man using scissors to cut his spaghetti dinner while eating.  Wait, before you pass judgement, check this out!

Actress Elizabeth Banks chimed in on the video, tweeting "I feel like a whole new world just opened up", while Korean-American restaurateur David Chang tweeted "Koreans did this first" since scissors are commonly used in Korean dining.

Seriously, the more I watch it, the dumber I FEEL for not having thought of this first.  I'm not going to be shocked to start seeing special "spaghetti scissors" available in the near future.
